Returns & Exchanges: We offer a refund and/or exchange within 14 days of full-sized product purchase, less cost of shipping. After this period, we do not refund for the item or offer exchanges. Please notify us via email during that 7 day window and we will provide you with return instructions.
Without prior email notification, we cannot accept returns. Once item is received we will process return/exchange. We do not issue return postage or labels; customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
